We ship to the 50 states. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

FREE ONLINE SHIPPING OFFER: Standard shipping (5-9 business days) is free in US when you spend $50 or more. Merchandise total must reach $50 after all discounts and before taxes and shipping. Free shipping offer not valid on prior purchases or orders going to AK, HI, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO orders. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to receive and process your order.

[RETURNS / REFUNDS / STORE CREDIT]

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return for a full refund (less the cost of shipping) within 7 days of delivery, following the guidelines below:

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact us via email at alex@bzlbgroup.com or phone at 877-313-ALEX to receive a RMA#. 

Only unopened/unused products in their original packaging will be accepted. Any damaged items must be reported within 24hrs of delivery. Products that become outdated or damaged in your possession will not be accepted. A store credit will be issued on any orders beyond the 7 days of delivery. No exceptions.

We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Please package your product carefully when shipping it back to us. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance in case of loss or damage.

To return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us for a Return Authorization # via e-mail at alex@bzlbgroup.com
2. Place items in the original packaging.
3. Include current contact information, a copy of the invoice with your Return Merchandise Authorization #, and instructions detailing the reason for return.
4. Write the RMA # on the label or package.
