SHIPPING POLICY


Correct completion of shipping information and documents is the responsibility of the customer. Any fees or surcharges incurred later as a result of incorrect information submitted will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

All delivery addresses later identified as residential, can receive a residential surcharge (up to $5.00).

 

All shipments will be delivered as SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED packages, in which case, Banzai Living Beauty will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. Only BY REQUEST of the customer, packages can ship as DELIVERY SIGNATURE REQUIRED where an additional fee will be applied (up to $5.00) at the time of shipping and may not be displayed on your order summary. DOMESTIC ORDERS (U.S. Only)


  • We deliver via FedEx only.
  • We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
  • All orders are processed/shipped within 1-2 business days unless an item is not in stock.
  • Shipping days are Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays). All orders placed Friday afternoon - Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
  • Shipping charges may vary depending on the weight and size of the order. If the product is over-size or weigh extra, it will be noted on the product discretion. We will contact you if this is the case.
  • We collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of New York and California.
  • We do not charge the customer until the order is ready to ship.
  • Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico shipping addresses will incur additional shipping costs and may require a longer delivery time depending on the region. We will contact you with more details as your order is processed.


DELIVERY TIME


  • Orders received by 12:00 noon EST are generally processed that same day and shipped within 2 business days.
  • Shipping days are Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays). All orders placed Friday afternoon - Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
  • If the product you ordered is not available, we will notify you via email within 48 hours.
